Hey Berlin Beacon Bits!
PRESALE UPDATE: We've been in touch with the venue and have paused the Berlin Uber Arena pre-sale only until the codes are corrected and the proper seats are released. We'll reschedule to tomorrow, July 23r,d at 8am CEST so that everyone has a fair shot at getting the tickets they want.
We're so sorry about all the confusion, folks. We know that this was a poor experience and have collected your feedback as well. Thank you so much for your patience. Hopefully this creates a smoother experience vs. trying to patch things one by one.
If you already purchased a ticket, don't worry, you'll get to keep your seats. If you bought a standard ticket, but prefer to purchase a Fan Experience/VIP ticket instead, your pre-sale code will be able to be reused in order to purchase a VIP seat when they open back up tomorrow. However, it will not allow you to purchase additional standard tickets. There will be special exceptions made for you to receive a FULL refund for the standard ticket if you decide to purchase a Fan Experience ticket instead.
Please email kundenservice@eventim.de and use the subject line "Critical Role VIP Upgrade“ so they can process that for you before 6pm on 29th July.
All pre-sale codes & ticketing links remain the same. London and Edinburgh tickets are going fast, but are still available, and this will not affect the US pre-sales starting tomorrow. ♥️
