My wife has been excited to take a BYU campus golf cart tour, and we finally got to, and I'm telling the kids about my glory days studying econ when a professor walks by and says "hey! I remember you! Ben, right? We should catch up sometime!" It's been 15 years. #profgoals

I'll be sad to leave @BYUecon. BYU econ is where I learned economics from great faculty who became my colleagues. I have spent something like 11 of the last 16 years at BYU. It was a great place to start my career and I am a huge fan of BYU economics.

Some professional news: I'll be moving to the University of Notre Dame @nd_econ this fall! I'm really excited about the move. I'm really excited for my new colleagues and department.
