@GateHub My SEPA withdrawal finally came through. Thanks! Now please handle the backlog of crypto transactions. I'm still waiting for my BTC and I keep losing money because of your server/manpower/whatever issues.

@coinbase I really hope you'll make a difference here! I issued a SEPA withdrawal on Jan 4th and am still waiting for my money. Please check case 3387082

@GateHub ETH withdrawals are coming through within minutes now, deposits within 3 hrs. Thanks for improving the performance! If I also get my several days old BTC and SEPA withdrawals I'm a happy man

@Vicks_T @ZammisHulk @GateHub Seems to me the whole crypto markets/networks are overloaded. I made a SEPA withdrawal from coinbase on Jan 4 and also haven't received anything yet. Naturally, my BTC from Gatehub are also a no show so far. Scaling issues everywhere?

@GateHub Dear gatehub staff, my patience and understanding are dwindling away when I see how many people have issues with your service (including myself.....my BTC withdrawal from gatehub still hasn't reached my wallet and it's been more than 24hrs). How about more frequent feedback?
