@filloux Je ne connais pas d'études qui montrent qu'ils ont "moins la niaque". Pour en avoir managé une vingtaine, j'ai plutôt remarqué des differences sur le style de communication (shoot first, ask later) et certes peut être plus d'impatience pour les promotions/ hausses de salaire.

Si la génération Z (nés en 197 et 2012) arrêtait de nous jambonner avec son mal-être:  => Elle ne manque de rien. => Elle es plus riche que les Millenials, les GenX et les Boomers au même âge. => Son taux de chômage (13% dans les pays industrialisés) est au plus bas depus 1991. => Les GenZ font des études qui leur laissent espérer des jobs intéressants (par opposition à leur ainés qui optaient pour les sciences sociales, les crétins) => Aux US, le salaire horaire des GenZ a grimpé de 13% en un an vs. 6% pour leurs aînés. => Le revenu moyen d'un GenZ de 25 ans est 50%  supérieur aux boomers du même âge. => En 2007, les Français âgés de 16 à 24 ans gagnaient l'équivalent de 87% du salaire moyen toutes catégories ; aujourd'hui, c'est 92%. => Ils économisent nettement plus que les générations précédentes. ►Evidemment, ils ont moins la niaque.
