Here are my thoughts as an NDSU South graduate on the move to the mountain west: Why? Your whole selling point is come win 50 games in 4 years + at least 2 natties. Now you join the “mountain west” after it got raided by Broke PAC Mountain. All the teams worth playing are gone.

Hope they are ready for a lawsuit.
Autonomous status has never meant automatic postseason access, because that would be illegal.
If you’re FBS, you compete at the same level as other FBS schools.
You can’t guarantee on-field results just because you lucked into a conference.

BSU offered free tickets to ANYONE with any kind of student ID for tonight’s home game vs undefeated USU.
USU saw “ANY and ALL” and organized a road takeover. BSU later revised the offer to Idaho students only.
Aggie donors have given more than $1,200 to buy tickets anyways
