Big Alex Bregman fan! He’s been one of the best players in the @MLB over his first 9 years. I love that he wears #2 to remind the team that didn’t pick him #1 that they messed up! But last offseason he was using the Farm Board a lot in his hitting routines. I guess he was working on the Scissor Kick idk. I do know that he started the season (47-215) or (.219). He did revert back to what he did before to salvage his (.260), (26 HR) & (76 RBI) with a (.768 OPS) but it was the worst season of his career and I can’t help but wonder why a player who has been remarkably consistent would alter his mechanics using a gimmick like the Farm Board.
