I agree that this doesn’t make sense but also, why did you only talk about southern when its population is comparable to that of the Copperbelt and the Copperbelt covers only 4% of Zambias land yet equally has 29. Why isn’t that questionable as well?

@HonMushimba Perhaps because in balancing between population and geographical size, Lusaka is four times smaller in size.
