@BabyJogger I just can’t behind the quality of these $30/wheel and a $400 stroller. Anything more than a paved road and you’ll have permanent rocks and divots in them, affecting ride quality.

@BabyJogger hi, we purchased a stroller on Amazon a few months ago and have had an issue with one of the front wheels from first use. Thought it would improve with use but it has not. Can you please advise? Can send video of the problem if that would be helpful. Many thanks.

@BabyJogger How come the Deluxe Pram is advertised as usable to 25 lbs on your website, but the manual says only until 20 lbs????

@BabyJogger our city select stroller frame broke on a walk and nobody has yet responded to our email or calls. Disappointing in many regards… can someone plz uphold the “lifetime warranty”

@BabyJogger We got Baby Jogger stuff because people recommended it. But now that our stuff isn’t compatible—and many other parents have the same problem—I’m definitely going to recommend to everyone I know that they *not* buy Baby Jogger

@BabyJogger Why do you discontinue everything? All I see online is people complaining that you no longer offer the necessary adapters that parents need for their strollers and car seats?
