@mccaefer 💙 Graco does not have a 2024 NHTSA recall involving 3.8M car seats for buckle failures. The large buckle recall often referenced occurred in 2014 and was addressed at that time. Families can always verify recalls by model and DOM through NHTSA. -Brionna

Never buy a product from @GracoBaby. My pram is unusable after just four months (bought in April). The 2-1 transform stroller/pushchair specifically. The straps slide through on the recliner mechanism. Then customer service tells me warranty do not cover it as it’s user error?
