It won't happen because people are stupid and fetishize random bits of land for nationalist reasons, but Spain should just let go of Ceuta and Melilla to be honest. As far as I can see, they completely useless, cost money and bring Spain nothing but trouble, so I don't see what's the argument for keeping them. I personally wish France had let go of Mayotte and New Caledonia where there was still time, but we're just as stupid as the Spaniards.
