One of the craziest tennis videos I’ve ever seen…. The accuracy of Casper Rudd’s ball toss. Pro tennis is insane…

@TennisBlogger1 Osorio just can't dictate play at all..Even the 2nd set that Osorio won, was more of Kalinskaya taking a much needed break after winning S1..As we all know, kalinskaya generally can't go back to back sets at high intensity...

I understand Osorio's frustrations completely. With that said, Kalinskaya's antics aren't why she lost. Camila lost because she imploded in the third set. She has no one to blame but herself.

Aún no puedo creer que Camila Osorio no ganó el partido. Hablé con su papá tras el duelo y me dijo que era una costumbre esas actuaciones de la rusa. En China el año pasado le hizo algo muy similar. #RolandGarros

Novak Djokovic: "I wish I was 20 years younger on a tennis court. At the same time, whoever plays me at Grand Slams will not beat me easily. That warrior spirit and fight, that wolf mentality that I carry, will always be present. Even if I were playing on one leg, I would never give the match to anyone. If someone beats me, I’ll say ‘all respect, you deserved it’ — but I definitely will not hand him the victory. He has to earn it."

After watching the highlights of Djokovic 🇷🇸 v Fonseca 🇧🇷 4 things seem clear: 1. Djokovic has a level that can still beat anyone 2. Fonseca has a level that can beat anyone 3. Djokovic is too old to do it consistently 4. Fonseca is too young to do it consistently

Frances Tiafoe -2.5 games@1.77(-128) 💰💰💰 Nothing comes easy in tennis, even more so when involving Tiafoe..All well that ends well, but Tiafoe will lose these matches easily vs more accomplished, relatively higher ranked players where his athletic gifts at the end of the range will be matched & he won't have the luxury to come back from these hit & miss performances by just his superior talent

Tiafoe- Faria Different match..Same story.. Set 1 should have been contested in close margins..Instead, Tiafoe gets broken at *4-5 to lose it with cheap errors, ala double faults, open court bunts, unnecessary cheap volleys etc. Set 2-Tiafoe controls it till the time that he has to serve for it..Double faults & same cheap errors from then on..In set 2 tiebreak, on point 1, he had the open court to put away a simple winner & go minibreak up..He went for a cute backspin volley, which federer used to play during exhibitions when trying to chase money for charity...Ball landed 2 feet before the net..Obviously, ends up losing 3 of the next 4 points & the 2nd set tiebreak too... Tiafoe is the top 25 player & Faria outside the top 100..Yet from decision making, it looks like this is Tiafoe's first trip outside USA shores, & they pulled him off the streets to go out & play a match while he was looking for suitable familiar cuisines to grow familiarity with the French scenery.. Faria was about to lose to the most out of form player in tennis right now (Grigor Dimitrov) in Qualies R1.. Some of these points are just rookie stuff from Tiafoe, i hate to say it that way...There is no point of having a coach when there are no strategical shifts as such in play..If you need somebody to cheer you on & support you, just hire motivational speakers to sit in the box .. Current Score :- 4-4 in Set 3

Men's tennis slowly but surely starting to move into the space where the only difference between a Top 50 & a player in the top 300 is that the top 50 player has happened to have a few more good weeks...Top ranking isn't a reflection of elite talent, it is a reflection of being able to capitalize on a few more opportunities only.. Have to be very, very careful betting set & game spreads moving forward for top ranked favorites...There is no edge in it , no matter the rankings, number crunching.. Everybody plays the same..Hence, nothing that separates them except a few moments here & there..& the thing about luck, whether good or bad, is that it always changes. What a tense watch on that Kouame-Tabilo match.. Tabilo-1.5 sets barely got by..DESPITE so many chances...Tabilo just has no point finishing power from deep positions.. If KOUAME adds more power to his game, which will eventually come with age & body development ue can easily reverse this result with tabilo in just 6-12 months time.. #KouameTabilostresswatch #FrenchOpen

@j_j_j_t_m @TennisBlogger1 After watching this Tabilo- Kouame match, you can expand that 50-200 bar to 50-320..Just saying... & that isn't an indication of depth..It's is an indication of lack of talent that separates the best, from the rest ..

This men's Roland Garros has truly been the most stunning tournament since 2013 women's Wimbledon. I'm, once again, stunned. Cerundolo dug himself too big of a whole and gave himself no margin of error, and Svajda did just enough to get over the finish line in the fifth.

@CricketTamizhan Hopefully pitch settling down now as night session builds & we get a 270 game atleast.. Renshaw also playing well with 23* off 27 in the MO, despite being more of a top 4 batter...

@gonzaloferreyr It isn't mental, it is on court tennis skills. His backhand & 2nd serve are so weak, he loses control of it in big matches seemingly out of nowhere.. Only way he wins points is by hitting 100mph forehands, which is tough to do 4-5 times in a point, & then point after point.

📑📝 Diane Parry( CR 92) wins S1 6-3 vs Amanda Anisimova( CR 6) at the French Open. Anisimova has 💯 worked on her fitness & got slimmer during the injury break, & she can be a value bet moving forward into the grass & hard court season where her natural strengths will be rewarded on those surfaces. Movement looks sharp, & errors are only coming off quality shots..She isn't late on any balls when moving laterally in & out of corners either.. Can pick up a title somewhere in the coming weeks, & be a decent price, esp. IF Parry beats her tonight as market mostly prices based on wins/ losses/ rankings/titles/ form/ past history etc only. Very keen to follow her moving forward & will 💯 be interested to invest somewhere once her clay swing end, hopefully today by Parry .. #FrenchOpen

Novak isn't even a part of this conversation as it is more about current generation of players..BUT, i put Novak's name out there so that i don't get a silly comment saying i hate Novak etc etc. WHEN I literally say that he is the GOAT sports athlete ever, not just tennis. Plus, i would have put it just as top 2, because to me Zverev is also in that Top 100 bracket as his success is all about the serve..without it, from the baseline i wouldn't trust him to beat Alex Molcan, Garin, etc. even..But again, i included Zverev so i don't have to explain this to someone who does not understand play styles & only harps on results .. Since you understand the context behind my tweets, you would understand why it's just top 2, & then just top 100, top 200 slabs.. The quality to keep sustained pressure from deep balls on the baseline off both wings, is just a dead duck deal right now..JODAR & FONSECA look different from them, which i am glad to see..Hope they build on it..Even KOUAME foe snkt shank the ball..bit he is long way away from top 100..Potential is def. there with him though.. Even tommy paul who is having career beat clay swing has practically shanked 50% of his forehands(assuming you watched his matches this swing).. Winning with just s & V, net play most times on clay, because opponents can't hit an open stance backhand into corner & have to run around to hit the forehand which is why he has saved all those BP's...

@BackupALLINBET9 @TennisBlogger1 And even Novak now's getting vulnerable because of his age, sadly. It does feel like the top 10-20 is going to have a big earthquake changes by this time next year (or 2028 at worst)

They are NOT playing for world cup glory, because even if they do, they aren't goin to get anywhere close to it. Their goal is to sell tickets & broadcast deals, & the only way they can do so, is by preparing shit heaps & bowling 35-40 overs of mediocre spinners who are being made to look like world class because of substandard pitches. To give them the best chance of winning. For the world Cup prep in SA, they have lined up couple of photographers who will do portfolio shoots for Shaheen shah afridi & Haris Rauf..IF they want a bigger joker for that photoshoot, then Hasan Ali will also be called back for a few days so he can get his photoshoot done & go back to franchise cricket...

World cup next year in SA . Even Bangladeshis don’t produce shit heaps at home anymore & produce faster, bouncier wickets. Meanwhile Pakistan produced a dry surface & playing only 2 pacers . Pakistan is the new Bangladesh where winning bilaterals are far more important #PAKvAUS

@Punter_cricket_ Anybody's game like i wrote in the writeup screenshot itself..I just can't trust Osaka on clay, even though she is improving.. No bets as i have already traded both sides personally...So it does not matter to me as to who wins, because i'm green both sides.

Osaka- Jovic living up to the hype with sustained quality ball striking, DESPITE clay being the weakest surface for both. Cutting side lines with acute angles on cross court backhands with precision, taking balls down the line even off defensive positions on the stretch with an open stance, & executing it to perfection. Meanwhile, we have Fran cerundolo(vs svajda) dumping rookie level backhands into the net, giving up short balls, long errors right from the centre of the court, with no pressure in rallies or pace to threaten from Svajda.. The contrast in quality couldn't be more stark.. Set 1 5-5 between Osaka & Jovic..Top shelf stuff. #FrenchOpen

@EduardoVarelaTV Djokovic winning all the M1000's TWICE along with 24 majors grand slams & most weeks at #1.. It shows all surface, all court dominance, which is a clear indication of most complete game in tennis as it was done vs the top 2 names in your list.
