@SquirlyVGC @wya1268767 @Hugopkmn the SV terrain effect has sparks of electricity all over the ground which this screenshot lacks (the electric effect is part of the volt tackle animation). I don't see any yellow coloring other than the staduim lights in the bottom right

also look at SV electric terrain, by comparison its even more subtle than what's shown here in champions

Looks like Mega Raichu X may have Electric Surge!
In the champions trailer, it appears no electric terrain is present as it mega evolves, but when it cuts to Raichu attacking, electric terrain is present, implying Raichu's Electric Surge activated after mega evolving.
