I’m sick of trying so hard to loose weight and then look at myself in the mirror and constantly have a feeling of pure disgust at how I look

So I can go out and spend £80 on a meal tonight with my wife and my 2 boys and we’ll get £40 off. Yet a family with two children who have lost their jobs that I’ve been delivering food parcels to only get £30 for a week. Something is properly messed up.
