I’m saddened you think you’re stupid. Free tuition is not free. It means the student is no longer paying directly while taxpayers absorb the direct and indirect costs — faculty, staff, facilities, administration, maintenance, and curriculum. Calling that “free” is just political sugarcoating. Mocking the question does not answer it.

Now they can go broke too. They will take loans to pay for this. Then they will give everyone in the system a raise. They will go broke. Then they will have to borrow more at a higher interest rate. Then they will rape the taxpayers to pay off the interest. They will become rich and leave behind something that looks like the Pacific Palisades.

This is insane. A New York City police officer conducted a drug bust on a known criminal. The criminal tried to flee the scene on a scooter, so the officer deployed a non-lethal weapon (threw a cooler at him) in an honest attempt to stop the suspect. The suspect died, which is unfortunate, but now the officer has been sentenced to 3-9 years in prison. That alone would be ridiculous. The judge took it a step further and explicitly said the aggressive sentence was meant to be a deterrent to other police officers. For what? For stopping criminals from committing crimes? The hardworking men and women of the NYPD deserve better than this. They risk their lives every day to protect innocent citizens from drugs and violent criminals. Activist judges who abuse their position of power over politics should be removed from office as well.

First the city council in this Missouri city approved a $6 billion data center, despite massive pushback. Then, during yesterday’s election in Festus, MO, residents overwhelmingly voted to kick out the incumbents who voted for the project. America is fed up with data centers.
