Storms this weekend knocked the power and A/C out in the weight room. We will be outside for all workouts still scheduled for today.

For those lifting tomorrow, rolling with the “Red, White, and Badger Blue” theme. Have fun with it, just make sure you are able to be active (no sandals, please)!

🚨🚨Announcement 🚨🚨 We are CANCELING the 6am, 7am, 9am, & 10:30am* sessions on Monday July 3rd. Football boys at 8:00 & 10:30 will still go as originally planned. For those we don’t see Monday, enjoy your Holiday weekend. Be safe, we want to see you back Thursday July 6th!

Big THANK YOU to @bennington_club for replacing our old semi functional 1/2 rack and replacing it with a fully functional @TorqueFitnessHQ rack! This better aligns with our other 9 full racks and allows full programming! Thanks to @NovaFitnessOMA for delivery and setup as well!

Thanks to ⁦@sonebraska⁩ & ⁦@O_Sports_Acad⁩ for hosting the Unified Basketball Festival today. Fun was had by all & everyone walked away a winner.

Student senate needed 2 (TWO!!) banners to announce all the activities going on this week, especially all the craziness going on today! Good luck to all our Badgers representing Bennington today!!!

Printing sheets for cycle 1 of this semester and we are reminded we have 293 different students currently training! Thank you for being willing to join us for strength training!

Excited to have working maxes completed for the start of 2nd semester! Why? Your/our bar has been set, now time to work in each of our own personal zones of success to fuel growth! Whatever your goals are, let’s do this together!! Enjoy the weekend, fun/work begins Tuesday!

Big thank you to @WeRBennington’s AD - Mr. Kessell - for helping us get the Benches reupholstered over break! The before and after pic’s definitely show the difference. Big thank you also to @bennington_club for also helping us out and purchasing 20 new large resistance bands!

We will have a speed of the bar workout after school tomorrow (Thursday) to break a little rust off from the break. Plan to bring workout attire, please, spread the word to you lifting partners, teammates, and fellow Badgers!

60 athletes in attendance for after school strength today. Adding 40+ next week. Where will we put them all? We will find a way to get them trained, flexibility and organization will be the key - buy-in is already there!!

With NCA Clinic this week, we’ve slightly modified our final week of summer training. - Today (Mon) is normal but it is our last day with our Frosh - Tues-Thur we will only have our 6/7 am sessions in the AM. The 8/9am sessions will join the 6/7am sessions. - Thur is our last day

Hard to believe we only have 2 weeks of summer training remaining! Solid work this week - and thus far this summer. Be proud of your efforts, consistency, and results so far but stay hungry! Continue to elevate your/our ceiling, together, we can achieve big things!!
