Got Pode + MCP working for very basic tests, and now I'm deep into reading the JSON RPC and Schema specs #SendHelp - very similar to OpenAPI to be fair
English

@Phatmandrake Copilot CLI peaked my interested, and was surprised when I realised MCP is simply HTTP requests - first time I've properly looked into how these agents work, and been itching to have a play over the past few weeks to get Pode working with it
English

Having a play around with GitHub Copilot, and managed to it working with an MCP server written in #Pode 😁

After years of both @Badgerati & @pgfoals telling to stop being a dinosaur and use Docker, I am embracing the challenge and giving it ago however.
Docker networking hurts my head! Even as the Head Of Networks at a ISP the way Docker does networking is fucking bonkers to me.

@Stephanevg @id Been a while since I've looked at Monocle! Sounds like you got a way for it to work, another way would be to use Invoke-MonocleElementCheck - this should let you check and uncheck a checkbox
English

@Badgerati @id I actually got it to work:
Get-MonocleElement -XPath '//*[@id="Latitude_3550-1_0"]' | Set-MonocleElementAttribute -Name "checked" -Value "checked"
The 'checked' attribute is not present on the input element if not checked.
Didn't found how to uncheck / remove that attribute
English

Hey @Badgerati I just found 'monocle'. Pretty cool!. I needed to check a checkbox before clicking a button. Do you have an example of how that would work ?
On this website maybe ? dell.com/support/securi…
On this checkbox Get-MonocleElement -XPath '//*[@id="Latitude_3550-1_0"]'
