All those opposed to this govt's undeomcratic decisions should now think twice before going to the Supreme Court for the next few months.
Else, one runs the risk of ending up with disastrous consequences in the form of judicial stamp of authority on highly dubious executive decisions.

The middle class parents of APEEJAY school and Parents Organization have given a Legal Notice to @timesofindia (delhi)
Notice is for publishing a defamatory, one-sided, unverified and factually incorrect news article and for breach of journalistic ethics.
These parents and their children were harassed by not providing admit cards to CBSE board exams. Notably no FIR has been filed by @DelhiPolice against the school yet.

NEET, CBSE Class 12th के बाद अब SSC GD में भी कई जगहों से गड़बड़ियों की खबर आ रही है।
कई जगहों से शिकायत आ रही है कि सर्वर में खराबी आ गई, कई जगह एग्जाम सेंटर पर क्षमता से ज़्यादा बच्चों को बुला लिया गया।
ये किस तरह की सरकार है? जो एक पेपर ठीक से नहीं करा पा रहे?

भर्ती परीक्षाओं को आखिर इतना मजाक क्यों बना दिया गया है कहीं paper leak, कहीं server issue, कहीं center mismanagement और अब #ssc_gd 500 छात्रों को बुलाकर सिर्फ 250 की व्यवस्था। आखिर ये कैसी परीक्षा प्रणाली बनाई जा रही है? दूसरे जिलों से छात्र महीनों की तैयारी, खर्च और pressure लेकर exam देने पहुंचते हैं, और वहां जाकर पता चलता है कि system खुद तैयार नहीं है। सबसे दुखद बात ये है कि हर बार गलती व्यवस्था की होती है, लेकिन नुकसान सिर्फ छात्रों को उठाना पड़ता है। फिर जब युवा गुस्सा दिखाते हैं, तो लोग उनकी प्रतिक्रिया देखते हैं लेकिन उस मजबूरी और टूटते भरोसे को नहीं, जो उन्हें वहां तक ले जाता है।

The " Committee to study unnatural demographic changes" should have been headed by an Eminent Demographer and Not a judge . There has been debilitation of Departments / Institutions /committees because the most competent are not being appointed to head . Results are for all to see : Irregularities in elections - ECI, No Performance Audit - CAG , No real human rights issues being taken up - NHRC , Economy in a Mess -NitiAayog etc etc . India is suffering because of the incompetency, servility , prevarications & pussyfooting of the persons heading Institutions in India.

Delhi Govt Report On Palam Fire Incident is Shameless
It is shameful that the government report is labeling normal hosiery and cosmetic material as inflammable, as if the person was storing RDX material or had a petrol tank in his house. This is shameful.
The report does not talk about the delay in the fire brigade or the lack of basic essential equipment, like the hydraulic staircase not working. Basic nets were not available.
The fire brigade and the police are not allowing the residents, the locals, the neighbours to use mattresses which were readily available in the next shop. Instead, they are trying to put the blame on the victim.
This is shameful and shows that the government is running away from its responsibility and instead wants to blame the victims for their family members.

This is India's ‘FREE PRESS’ !
He's an anchor on Doordarshan, a central government TV channel. He's always spewing venom. When a child questioned the flaws in the CBSE exam testing, this national channel anchor @AshokShrivasta6 labeled him a P@kistani child. Imagine the mental trauma the child and his entire family must have suffered!
This is a serious crime. It's online bullying. If it were any other country, he would be in jail for violating child rights. But the @narendramodi government won't take action against this anchor. If they do, we'll let you know.
This is PRESS FREEDOM here… you can FREELY commit any crime while sitting in the government's lap.

The government has taken down our iconic website - cockroachjantaparty.org. 10 Lakh cockroaches had signed up on our website has members. 6 Lakh cockroaches had signed a petition to demand the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. Why is the government so scared of cockroaches? But this dictatorial behaviour is opening the eyes of India's youth. Our only crime is we were demanding a better future for ourselves. But you can't get rid of us that easily. We’re working on a new home right now. Cockroaches never die. 🪳
