My Vasilopita - St. Basil's bread.
A Greek #NewYearsEve tradition with many regional recipes - most often it's a sweet enriched loaf. Mine is a #vegan tomato and (saint) basil plaited wheel.
There's a coin hidden inside + whoever finds it has good luck all year!
