I couldn't agree more.
I know times have changed, but growing up we were getting Final Fantasy games every year.
Now it's taking 7+ years.

@BakusanOG Fair point, it's just an option that can be selected. My stance is if you're going to make your game accessible, it should still uphold the spirit of the game. I feel this is more of a pass for people who don't really want to play the game but want to catch up to play the 3rd.

Its like you said, easy mode already exist.
If it doesn't work out, they can select something easier for their circumstances and continue to view the story. It may strip the game of challenge from a. abled body person pov, but standards are different.

@BakusanOG I'm less underestimating and more asking what the point is to give someone such a nothing experience of your game. I'm all for making games accessible but being accessible doesn't mean stripping the game of being a game. I guess there's still the thousands of mini games.

@3DbyLeo I think you are severely underestimating just how disabled one can be 😅
Yes it is literally basically a walking simulator, a movie with a couple of inputs, but when you are a quadriplegic, that might be the most active you can be.

@BakusanOG Don't see the benefit of enabling god mode to "experience the game" when there's an easy mode that allows players to experience the story and gameplay in full without turning it into a walking sim. Surely disabled people want to actually play a game.

@BakusanOG There's already an easy mode that does that. This isn't experiencing the game. This is basically just going to point A to point B to watch cutscenes!
