@BaliBlinds your company has horrible customer service and no one is listening. How hard is it to send pieces that fit! This has been going on since June! I just want valances that fit!!!! I will never purchase Bali again .

Colossal failure from Home Depot/Bali. Installer destroyed my blinds. Customer Order Specialist cancelled my 3rd installation attempt at the last minute to save a trip fee. It’s the last straw.
And this is just one window! They messed up all 10!

@BaliBlinds Hi - I need help with a motorized blind - it will only move about 1/2 inch using the manual button with A/C power supply. How do I tell if it is a power issue or a problem with the motor?

My girlfriend ordered Bali blinds from Lowe’s, the installer (professional) they sent “insisted” the tie downs sent with the blinds don’t work because they don’t attach to the rod . He made her order tie downs from Amazon, similar to Coolaroo… HELP!!!
