Good Morning my dear sis. I’m sorry you’re dealing with the same. And it messes up pretty much everything. Same here: a lot to process in the noggin. My headache is bad this morning. My pain doctor’s staff has shown they are now incompetent. No one should wait over 2 months for a PA for migraine medication. Have to find a new one. Have a good day sis and friends!

Found out why I was feeling down crappy the past few weeks-severely low blood sugar, lost 220 pounds in the past 5 years. Nobody thought it might be time to wean me off some meds.

I think it’s more challenging when these days buying food on a limited budget. I find I must be very creative. Our local kosher market makes sure no one goes hungry in our community. Same either way our farmers market.

I made half caffeine strong blend 4 minutes in a stainless steel French press. I added dark Peruvian cocoa powder and milk afterwards. I ditched my single serve coffee maker finally. No more plastics. Takes up less space too.

I wore a light raincoat outside. It was great considering how cold it was this past winter. Our pool opens in a few weeks for swimming. I prefer it in the 70s. The cover is off and it’s cleaned. 106 ah pool temps.

I believe I ate solid food too quickly after barely eating for a week. I think if I follow a liquid diet for a few days, then s brat diet, then reintroduce solid foods I should be fine.

It really made a difference helping it digest easier. Sometimes you need to make adjustments to your diet do you can enjoy eating. Right now I’m happy enjoying anything that doesn’t bother my stomach.
