And what was the simple harmonic question with a pencil. Can never look at a pencil the same way. A level physics got me messed up

@edmunds_dr Agree. Whilst AQA A level physics would have been exceptionally good preparation for my undergraduate degree (which I was woefully underprepared for, having only done single maths and ocr b advancing physics), the majority of students are not trying to achieve PhDs in physics...

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: A level physics is too hard.

@edmunds_dr Yep absolutely horrific. Seen the paper, some questions reminded me of 1st year undergraduate homework. The paper will favour the mathematically able.

@Matthew82069336 Inflation dropping from 10.5% to 10.1% doesn't mean that prices fall. It just means they're not going up quite as quickly as before.

If inflation has fallen to 10.1 % in January from 10.5 % in December, then one can conclude that supermarkets are indeed profiteering on a grand scale. Food isn't going down in price that's for sure!
