Realistically it’s because people who are older will take a ban for toxicity because they don’t care about playing as much so the ban isn’t as much as a deterrent

@walton_cs I think that’s most industries rn with people not being overly fussed about degrees, depending on whether people did placements and experience during their degree to know workplace environments

- Masters degrees at any decent uni require you to have £10k on the spot (and still don't guarantee employment)
- Postgraduate apprenticeships require an employer in the first place
