An update here in case it helps anyone else with sleep apnea:
I got a custom oral appliance built (like a dental retainer that you sleep with) and my symptoms are at least 95% better

Just got diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea Would love to know anyone that has successfully cured this with lifestyle interventions etc. No overweight / general metrics and health pretty good, would not have noticed this if not for a test at a longevity clinic

Once upon a time... we were fired by our hospital based midwives...
So, go back 20 years. Newly married. Newly pregnant.
We had started down the rabbit hole in terms of food and health since two years earlier I had almost died from severe gastrointestinal issues.
But... we were only partially weird, and not at all fully radicalized.

Moreover, Starship will end up doing the whole Moon mission. Mark my words.

We are in a race against China so we need the best companies to operate at a speed that gets us to the Moon FIRST.
SpaceX has the contract to build the HLS which will get U.S. astronauts there on Artemis III.
But, competition and innovation are the keys to our dominance in space so @NASA is opening up HLS production to Blue Origin and other great American companies. 🚀

Reading to your kids gives them an academic advantage.
Tutoring gives them an advantage.
Teaching them outside the public education monopoly gives them an advantage.

@rossiadam @MPrinParr Disingenuous regurgitation. No one wants to hold people back. We live in a system of nepotism and increasingly arbitrary gatekeeping. If private tutoring is providing advantages others can’t access in an environment where employment opportunities are decreasing, fairness fails

There is no trend to call a top on. You can only find this in ever receding lonely pockets on internet forums (this site counts) The cure is to have kids and start a family. Find me a doomer with a kid.
