@DuncanBannatyne @Bannatynehelp @Bannatyne guys can I just say your guest pass process is the most incompetent thing in the world. Why should a guest have to have their picture, and all their data taken? Very simple process. Pay £15. Job done. That’s how a guest pass should work.

When questioned “we stuck it on Facebook” wasn’t quite an acceptable answer so I sacked off the membership and won’t be back, plenty better and cheaper gyms near (see primal combat for 1)

Assault bike at Newcraighall bannatynes in Edinburgh has been broken for over 5 months after advertising the great new gym refurb surely this means maintaining the new kit !!
Come on sort it out we pay good money for these facilities

DONT EVER BOOK A @Bannatyne spa day through @RedLetterDaysUK my son bought me a spa package for Christmas and I’m now in March and still haven’t been successful
In being able to book it! Bannatyne doesn’t recognise the voucher code and no one gets back to you from the spa

@Bannatyne need to amend a spa booking, website doesnt work and just flicks back to previous screen, cant call because its outside of 48 hours and no chat available. The best of it is i cant amend inside of 48 hours so basically it's a stitch up????

@Bannatyne not rating your website or onsite team. Couldn’t make a booking through the website, tried 3 times to contact the location and got cut off, eventually got through & they referred me back to the website!Sometimes you just want a human being to sort it! #Customerservice

@Bannatyne Is there ever anyone at reception in Inverness? It's an absolute joke that I'm on hold for over 10 minutes for my call to be cut off and I've not spoken to anyone. Why should anyone be expected to pay their membership when you even get a competent service?! It's a joke

@Bannatynehelp what was meant to be an amazing day of relaxation for my partner who has been working seven days a week was an absolute shambles and then not dealt with very well by ‘management’ So instead of feeling refreshed and relaxed i am really angry and upset!!
