The way MOKMOK lets the camera almost lose Maki and then snaps her back into frame is crazy satisfying, it feels like the cuts are fighting you as much as the curses are. You can tell he’s not just drawing “cool poses” but thinking about how your eye travels through the impact lines. If he brings this same sense of controlled chaos to Yuta’s Sendai Colony, that whole arc is going to feel less like an adaptation and more like an amusement-park ride built out of panels. 🔥

Why is it the anti-role queue crowd always make the worst arguments that essentially boil down to: "If you're annoyed at your teammates not picking optimally to give your team the best chance of winning, you should always be the one personally taking the L and swapping so that your teammates can perpetually continue to play what they want every single game with no regard to what you want to do because you shouldn't be allowed to ever play what you want or complain about it". Like jfc at least make some actual good arguments in favour of open queue like wanting to preserve better queue times or valuing your personal desire to play across all roles in the space of a single match (for whatever reason). You can simply acknowledge that you're willing to trade off consistent match quality in favour of flexibility and faster queues. Just be honest instead of trying to gaslight everyone else into believing that they're the problem because they're not spending enough time swapping to the detriment of their own fun for the sake of endlessly appeasing their teammates who would never return the favour.
