Hi @Baptcare When you send your staff around to care for the elderly in the home. What processes have you introduced to minimise the risk of transferring the #coronavirus to those vulnerable people? As I understand it the process has not changed to accommodate the heightened risk

@Baptcare But what are you doing to protect the people living in their homes? From what we understand, No masks, single set of gloves warn. No dettol. I would have assumed there should be training and strict procedures in place. How about publishing your procedures here? Make them public.

@SchoonerLita All of our residential aged care communities have visitor restrictions in place. Families and carers are to make essential visits only and the number of visitors is restricted to one person per resident at a time. Stringent sign in and sign out processes are also in place.

@Baptcare Hi @Baptcare Thanks for your reply. So what processes are you putting in place to ensure the safety of your patients or people under your care. From what we have seen as of Friday 13th March there is no change to your processes. How will you deal with the #CoronavirusOutbreak ?

My dad is in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s. We are terrified #COVIDー19 will be brought in via a visitor. Dad would be at severe risk. Mum spoke to nursing home this morning. They aren’t stopping visits ‘until told to by government’. What are you waiting for @ScottMorrisonMP?
