@mcclusk Wasnt Chayka by all accounts an absolute disaster in AZ? damage every way imaginable, a tornado that ripped through the franchise? never even heard anyone say he did a good job. I thought him doing a bad job and stopping world hunger were then only things everyone agreed with.

I'm telling you all right now... we are very fortunate John Chayka is available. I really like his body of work in Arizona and I think he and Sundin would insulate each other beautifully. I’ve visited stadiums across many cities through work, and I can confidently say this will put Calgary on the map as a leader. This isn’t just another building; it’s an entire district built around experience. It goes beyond sports, creating space for music, arts, culture, and year-round events that will expand what the city can host.

The median income for a Canadian is $42,600 CAD a year. I have absolutely no clue how a person survives in the modern world on this kind of income. It is incomprehensible to me.
