Uhhh... that is actually insanely expensive. It's not a bad idea, but transmission over long distances is inefficient (length of the strip) and not a good connection (like a car cable). Think of your high wattage Type-C charging your phone in minutes, but your low wattage Type-C, hours, and then change the cable length, from feet to miles(cost difference). Yeah well this is a conclusion you can derive from reality when you are a teenager. That's not how you "rise above". Don't get me wrong, "smart" people don't do what I do, and rich people tend to be very good at doing what they are told. So if it's not about the money, and I don't care what you think is smart, because I know better, then I won't "burn out". It's all pitfalls and ladders, and trust me, if you are comparing yourself to others, nobody is happy, especially the people who you think are. Most happy, non burnt out people, don't even know it. It is what you make of it, and it really comes down to being honest. If you are getting paid way more than the janitor and doing way less work, well... something is clearly not right about that. You would not believe the justifications people pat themselves on the back with in regards to that topic. No really, it's a whole unspoken facet of professional existence.
