@Uber Hello, I want to launch an official complaint. The app doesn't allow for a chat if it doesn't relate to the issues Uber puts. Bad service and app. Yesterday I was asked to pay via mpesa direct but no Uber. I had to book another trip and pay in cash. Unacceptable!

@BravinYuri Shocking and shameful 😞 why does this still happen??? And for what? A stupid picture? The thrill? Licences should be revoked abd fines applied. This is not acceptable! And shame on those participating!

Tourists jumped out of their Safari vehicles and rushed to the banks of the river in Maasai Mara to witness the wildebeests’ migration and they blocked their path to the extent that the wildebeests even had to jump back into the water. A Less than a meter gap! Infuriating.
