Global healing reduction passive NEEDS: -To be nerfed from 30% to 20%(10% on Tanks). -To be reduced from 3s to 1s. -UI indicator. It’s too strong, it lasts for too long and it’s constantly active. A single DVa pellet activates and refreshes it! Healing is obsolete! #Overwatch
