@arestaurant_guy Stand pat for now. No harm in not scaling. The carnage we all expected from Covid has been delayed by two PPP rounds and ERTC. The rates might be better now but the deals will be a lot better in the future.

The slammed bartender taking phone calls for takeout orders is probably the most prevalent small business mistake in America. Second is 10 people waiting / wanting a simple draft beer but all 3 bartenders taking 5 minutes to make cocktails for only 30% more money than the beer.

We live in the middle of Iowa. We're 3+ hours from Minneapolis, 4+ from KC, 6+ from Chicago and 10 from Detroit. Yet if I want to sign him up to watch Tiger games, he's going to miss 57 of the 162 due to the horrible blackout policy (35% of the season). Do better, @MLB.
