Iranian state media report that Ali Larijani was killed in his daughter's house in the Pardis district of Tehran province Footage from Pardis shows an entire residential area completely destroyed by Israeli strikes. According to some estimates, the "number of collateral victims" in Pardis could exceed a hundred local civilians.
I’m no fan of the Iranian regime, but the attacks on Iran are patently illegal. It’s galling that rather than standing up in defence of international law, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister have as good as cheered the US and Israel on for this latest illegal action. #auspol

The death toll in strike on an Iranian elementary school rises to 160. This attack violates Article 52 of Additional Protocol (I) Geneva Conventions, but apparently international law doesn’t apply to the U.S. and Israel.
Israel’s endless war continues with more bombing of Iran and the Iranian people. Whether Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen or Lebanon the region has seen repeated Israeli and western killings and invasions, pushing peace further away. The world must act to end the bombing and killing.
