We’ve had a brilliant first day. Beginning the start of the school year with our favourite things. Digging in the sand, bouncing, swinging and playing with our friends 💙 @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

A busy but wonderful Thursday. We have enjoyed our favourite things, water play, shredded paper play, listening to songs and using the scissors to cut some different lines. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

We loved our P.E session this morning. We focused on moving our bodies under and over the equipment. Well done all. ⭐️@BarntonMissR @BarntonMissP @BarntonMrsJA

In maths today we started to look at 'Big & Small' We did a great job sorting our mini beasts into the two correct categories. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

Today we had a great PE session. We did some throwing and jumping to get in some sensory input. @BarntonMissR @BarntonMrsJA

We enjoyed printing to make some spring flower pictures today. We used our communication board to ask for which colour paints we wanted. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

This afternoon we really enjoyed making our own musical shakers. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

Today we have been working on jumping to get help with our proprioception input. We have also had some great communication using our communication boards. @BarntonMissR @BarntonMrsJA

We did a great job this morning during our sensory session. We worked on a great proprioception activity by pushing some heavy items around. This is great to self regulate the children by getting some sensory input. @BarntonMissR @BarntonMrsJA

Today we have been learning about rectangles in maths. The children did a great job using the communication board to request for the items they needed to make rectangle prints. @BarntonMissR @BarntonMrsJA

Today we have enjoyed peas in our sensory tray, using the sensory room and lots of bubbles. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

We have enjoyed digging for potatoes! We all demonstrated great sharing, waiting and turn taking together. Well done everyone. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR

Today we had to rescue the flowers that were trapped in the ice! We then used them to make our own magic potions. @BarntonMissP @BarntonMissR
