@ThatOutd00rGuy I think being a trail angel would be fun. I live about 15 miles from the Pinhoti Trail in Alabama. I occasionally run across a hiker and help them out.

Hey @BaroLawrence, this popped up in my FB memories, and is one of the two #AT #TrailAngel good deeds I provided, getting young hikers back to where they had left the trail. This one was a 50+ mile roundtripper. If only we lived closer to the trail, I’d gladly provide lots more.

@ThatOutd00rGuy All I know is I was burning way more calories than I was consuming. My body always does this thing where I reach a point and the fat pours off me.

From 180lbs to 145lbs, @BaroLawrence ??? I weighed 145lbs in 7th Grade! Ever wonder HOW MANY calories you consumed vs burned!?!? Both have to measure in the MILLIONS!!! #ThroughHikersEyes 🥾🥾

Over a dozen libraries claim to be “the oldest”, with Scoville listed among them. Darby Free Library, in Delaware County, PA opened 60 years before the library in Scoville.

Did the library in Scoville have a marker on the property claiming it is “the oldest public library in the United States”, @BaroLawrence ? Having a daughter who is a public librarian in NYC, the claim puzzled me, so I dug a little.
