@Robbie_Reasons @JohnCleese Oh, well, he didn't choose to join your "religion", so is not bound by its rules.
Maybe when he's an adult, he can make an informed decision whether to join a dark age cult. That's how it works, isn't it?

@davidgobaud @damekatydenise_ Is there a single one of these wet wipes that doesn't have an imagined "disability" that can be triggered by signs, chatting, noise or some nonsense? FFS!

@FritzgeraldCat @jacobmessika @daveatherton @adriansopinion Jacob was being polite. The correct term is "shit".

@LeeAndersonMP_ Maybe this useless dimwit could classify imported gas as zero carbon. Then we will have achieved net zero, and can then start to rescue the country from total impecunity.
English

@JamesMelville Its time this dangerous moron was jailed.
If we don't start pumping our own oil and gas, and the current gulf war continues, there will be rioting on the streets, and this government will be toast.
English

“Let’s spend £4.5 trillion on net zero over the next 25 years. Let’s increase taxes to pay for net zero. Let’s ban new oil and gas licences in the North Sea but spaff away £40billion buying North Sea oil and gas from Norway. Let’s buy coking coal shipments worth £7.2million from Japan but ban UK coal mining. Let’s plaster thousands of acres of farmland with solar panels but spend £50million on sun dimming experiments. Let’s give huge renewable energy construction contracts to China. Lets fail to improve gas storage facilities, Let’s give Drax an estimated £1.8billlion in taxpayer funded subsidies on top of the £11billion it has already received despite Drax burning an amount of wood equivalent to 300 million trees. Let’s give £1billion this year alone to wind power companies not to generate power from their wind turbines. And let’s spend £30billion of taxpayers’ money on carbon capture machines but put pensioners, farmers and the disabled into financial peril by claiming there’s a £22bn black hole.”

The fact London has separate ambulances for Jews should, at first thought, be called anti-Semitic. At second thought, it's ridiculous.
Except, it betrays that many Jews feel separate and superior to the so-called "gentiles" around them. They're happy to ride separate ambulances to stay "kosher clean" or whatever.
Segregated religious communities undermine the European separation of Church and State, which also applies to the synagogue and the mosque.
This is a racist and supremacist reversal of the German efforts to emancipate the closed Jewish communities. Jews trying to undo their emancipation cannot stay a part of European communities.
We're all equal until we're not.

@sirwg202110 Deport this vile cow - she clearly doesn't belong here.

@JaydaBF Oh, no!
Something about this post makes me think the anti-semites will come crawling out of their holes to spread some hate!
English

@benonwine Can we not even keep these haters out of our churches?
FFS!
English

@sirwg202110 Has he ever thought that maybe we don't want our taxes to be spent on public religious rituals? We don't want to have a prayer meeting in Trafalgar Square, or on Tower Bridge, or anywhere fucking else, except in the appropriate place. Which is a church, mosque or whatever.

@ClimateWarrior7 I thought flour was measured in rods, poles or perches?
English

The flaw in my reasoning here, is that Americans do not use grams. Therefore everything would have to be weighed in ounces, shillings and yards or whatever.
It's not "300g milk, 25g butter, 500g flour".
It's "3 ounces six shillings of milk, 1 yard and five ounces of butter, 8 flamingos 2 badgers of flour".
This is why they hate weighing things and have resorted to an elaborate system of scoops and markings.
English

This is what I now understand about American recipe measurements.
Every American who cooks, owns a series of scoops of different "cup" sizes. Apart from the really serious ones, who use scales like normal people (Europeans).
Eggs are all sorted into small, medium and large.
Butter has markings on it so you know how many "sticks" a block contains.
They have another scoop, I think, for measuring "teaspoons" and "tablespoons". You can't just use an actual teaspoon because they're all different sizes.
Most Americans just buy premade food.
My wife, who doesn't cook, is a female parasite apparently.
I'm not saying one system is better than the other, but this machine costs $8 and replaces all of the above:

@VoWalesOfficial @daveatherton By the way, girls - ignore every bit of this that talks about boys, trans-gender, cis, etc. It's all total bollox.

🚨 Warning for all Welsh parents/Grandparents 🚨
Have you checked the contents of your child's schoolbag recently?
Angry parents have contacted VOW to say the pamphlets as shown below have been sent home from Primary schools in the Swansea area with 11yr old children.
The pamphlets were included with 'period kits' sent out to Welsh schools, the idea of period kits being available for girls in itself is fine, and the products in the kits should prove useful.
The majority of the information in the pamphlet is factual and helpful, except hidden away on pages 13/14 it discusses Gender & Diversity, telling children 'that transgender men, trans boys, and non binary people can have periods' it introduces the subject of gender dysphoria.
Parents have sought explanations from schools about the information contained on pages 13/14, falsely stating that men and boys can have periods, the teachers have told parents that they were not aware of all the information in the book, they were sent numerous boxes containing kits to hand out by the local education Authority.
Parents have raised concerns that the education authority and schools have circulated information to children without first checking the contents and that information was accurate and suitable for young children.
The teachers have apparently promised to send out messages to parents in their school explaining the circumstances regarding the pamphlets, and promised to double check contents of future information they provide to children.
VOW will be looking deeper into the Organisations and individuals that wrote and circulated the pamphlets to the schools, see the last photo for details.
We all need to keep a close eye on who is providing false information to our children, this case was only picked up by alert parents acting to safe guard their children. We expect our teachers to be on the front line, checking all information given to their pupils by third Party Organisations is accurate.
