Over the past 24 hours, #Somerset has experienced moderate to high rainfall. A Met Office Yellow Weather Warning for rain is in place.
We continue to operate our assets including additional pumps, and staff are on duty 24 hours a day, monitoring conditions and maximising pumping

Flood barriers are continuing to be taken down. The barriers we put up across the West Midlands kept 7,000 properties dry.
