Became unwell on Monday eve and have spent some time being looked after by the amazing surgical team @WhippsCrossHosp. Allowed to eat and drink now so imagine my delight with this special delivery from Ben this am! Thank you so much to all who have been looking after me 🙏🙏🙏

Well a 1min plank at end of a long and busy day was tough ... you check timer and it’s still got 28 secs to go 🤪. 15 squats 💪🏼 but #Lockdown2 challenge day 9 ✅ thanks Helena

Day 9 of the challenge completed: 15 squats & plank 1 min ✅. It’s a double or quits for the next 4 days for squats with 120 on Monday (slow and steady wins the race..) @Triciahandley et al how are you getting on?
