IMO the Chiefs don't have a #1 receiver. Not relying on Rice at all. He has just as much a chance of being suspended or in prison as he does going for 1,000 yards. Worthy is not proven yet, certainly not as a #1. Thornton is whatever. Royals couldn't get on the field. Gotta get Mahomes weapons.

@RPatrickAllen I’m fine drafting a receiver in the first. The thing I disagree with is two in the first. Yes we know royals couldn’t get on the field but that means he should get more time this year. Thorton may be whatever but he didn’t resign to not play again. As of now rice is going to play

@Bascho_ @tuckerdfranklin Same logic for tackles as well though and I'd 99% of the time take Edge #1 over OT #1, but if it's edge 2 or 3 and 2 has the measurables of Bain, for instance, that scares me when (if he's there) the #1 tackles is still available. Kind of like taking Fisher in 2013 imo.

@SlingshotFooty2 @tuckerdfranklin The thing is you don’t have to be top 10 to draft a RT you can get one in the 2nd round. And be fine . They have karlaftis at edge and nothing else, plus good to great edges don’t come on FA often and when they do they get way overpayed.

@Bascho_ @tuckerdfranklin Hopefully they won't have the opportunity to draft the #1 tackle in the draft next year though. A lot of these positions....safety/corner/wr can be gotten later. I do agree with Edge, but OT and edge do seem to be the 'most figured out' positions of the draft.

@SlingshotFooty2 @tuckerdfranklin Then draft a tackle next year in a better draft or pick one up in free agency. The reason chiefs fans are mad is because they have much bigger holes in other places. If you have 4 good to great linemen you should be able to get away with 1 mid Lineman
