Official Statement ChainOpera AI and its ecosystem projects have not recently promoted or released any products related to “AI Trading”, nor have we launched any testnet associated with such projects. Factually incorrect: rumors claiming that ChainOpera AI launched an “AI Trading platform and testnet” at trading-test.chainopera.ai, allegedly based on an open-source library and in violation of its license, are false. Clarifications are as follows: 1. ChainOpera AI has not released any trading-related commercial products under chainopera.ai or any related domains in recent months. The so-called AI Trading “testnet” website (trading-test.chainopera.ai) is not accessible, has never been publicly announced by our official channels (Twitter, Discord, Blog, etc.), and does not provide any testing services to the public. 2. ChainOpera AI has not launched any testnet in the past 3 months. Any webpages displaying the ChainOpera AI logo that are not publicly accessible or officially announced may be the result of third-party tampering or forgery. Please rely only on information released through our official channels, including Twitter, Discord, and our blog. As of now, the only officially released product domains are: chat.chainopera.ai — ChainOpera AI Terminal App agent.chainopera.ai — AI Agent Developer Platform platform.chainopera.ai — Model Services & GPU Platform 3. ChainOpera AI has always respected and complied with open-source community standards. Even under licenses that allow commercial use, we ensure proper attribution or compliant collaboration. We are fully familiar with and adhere to licenses such as AGPL-3.0, MIT, and Apache 2.0. For example, AGPL-3.0 requires that modifications be open-sourced when software is used over public internet operation. If we use any such software in the future, we will strictly comply with the relevant licenses. As for now, there has been no business operation, promotion, or public network testing of any AI Trading product, and therefore no issue of “open-source license violations” or “plagiarism.” All related accusations are inconsistent with the facts. We encourage the community not to trust rumors or misinformation. An open, transparent, and collaborative community is what drives us forward. Protecting the open-source ecosystem is a shared responsibility. As always, Co-Create, Co-Own, COAI!
