I started TRT one year ago. I’ve had chronic episodic cluster headaches for 10 years now, with a cluster period that averages 4 months per year every spring for those who don’t know, cluster headaches are the most painful known condition to man, sometimes nicknamed suicide headaches because of the pain intensity and unfortunate events it can lead to I have tried every single medication and treatment for cluster headaches the only thing that alleviates me is to stand in the shower under the coldest possible water to try and distract my body from the pain until it goes away, and even that isn’t enough as i often end up involuntarily vomiting or fainting out of pain panic but I recently fasted for 4 days and drastically cut down my carb intake afterwards and i haven’t had a headache attack since fingers crossed it helped push me out of this year’s cluster period and i remain headache free we’ll see but if i do remain headache free simply due to this dietary change, then it could hint that carbs cause inflammation or similar in the brain which leads to these headaches manifesting annually and even if i’m headache free the rest of this year, I’d have to test my theory again next year to be sure it’s connected but if I’m right then carbs and sugar were literally trying to kill me

Ensure that they are all operating legally, fairly, to all required regulations and with proper immigration checks. The British people are not stupid. We can see what's going on. Almost overnight, we have thousands and thousands of these little 'shops' spring up. Three, four, five on one high street? Is the demand really there for that? I think not. Restore Britain would establish a national task force for fraud detection, with trading/immigration checks at suspicious premises with little custom. Work with local councils to involve hundreds and hundreds of these 'businesses'. Not just vape shops. Turkish barbers. These awful 'candy' stores that are all over London. All of it. As we saw in Scotland, there can be devastating consequences. Dangerous consequences. It is awful what has happened there. Awful. Restore Britain's national vape shop task force.
