Dear @YouTubeGaming @nealmohan Over the past few weeks, a significant number of Roblox and Minecraft creators on YouTube have experienced demonetisation. While we fully respect and support YouTube’s guidelines, it would be extremely helpful if channels that are demonetised could receive clear information about which specific video triggered the issue. Creators want to understand what went wrong so they can learn from it and avoid similar mistakes in the future. Transparency is essential, especially considering that many creators rely on YouTube as their primary source of income and treat their channels as both their profession and passion. Sudden demonetisation without clarity can create unnecessary stress and anxiety, which negatively affects creators’ wellbeing. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, ideally with human oversight. If a channel is found to be in violation of guidelines, providing details about the exact video involved would allow creators to cooperate fully and make the necessary corrections. Intuition as a YouTuber can be stronger than data. You might have had an idea before and presented it to a more experienced friend and they've said, that's not a good idea, or that won't do well. And whilst you're wanting a set reason, perhaps even offended by their bluntness, but it's just a feeling. Consumption, reps, looking at thousands thumbnails and watching hundreds of videos every month. That's where you want to get to. Sure to begin with, develop frameworks, checklists, use data-backed ideation. But that all takes A LOT of time, and we want to be efficient. Hone your craft day by day, until you get to a point where your intuition is what drives results, rather than staring at statistics on a screen.
