Still holding my oil long on @Bitget and the market is getting even more tense after the latest US-Iran developments. WTI pushing above $103 while talks remain stalled tells me traders are still pricing in supply risks around Hormuz. At the same time, rising inflation and higher bond yields are starting to pressure stocks and crypto again. I’ve been more focused on commodities lately because the moves have been cleaner. Gold pulled back with the stronger dollar, but oil keeps reacting directly to every geopolitical headline. That’s why I’m still watching USO closely while managing volatility carefully. From a crypto newbie to becoming a Bitget Builder this is my Bitget UEX journey. Six years ago (2020), I entered crypto with zero knowledge. I didn’t even know how to create a wallet. My first crypto purchase was through a friend’s wallet before I finally learned how Web3 worked and i was warned to write my seed phrase and secure it, which i still keep today. Back then, I used to send local currency to a woman I saved as “Trons Lady” in my contacts, and she would send TRX to my wallet 😂 My friend and I later joined a $TRX staking platform that looked promising. We kept compounding profits until one day, the platform disappeared with everything. That painful experience could have ended my crypto journey, but instead it became the beginning of something bigger. That same friend introduced me to the @BitgetAfrica Community. We signed up for an account, completed KYC, and started participating in community campaigns and trivia events. I still remember when $BGB was around $0.012 and earning 200 BGB through community activities was possible within days or weeks. I was afraid to use P2P at first, so my friend taught me how to use internal transfer instead and sent the money to my bank account after completing the trade. That was my first real earning from Bitget, and the moment crypto became real for me. From there, I became deeply active in the Bitget Global (English) community. I joined the global Telegram community, became recognized as one of the most active users, and later joined the BGB Holders Group where I helped onboard and educate new users. That journey led me to becoming a BGB Holders Ambassador, then a member of the Bitget Super Fans program, where I moderated Telegram and Discord communities, hosted campaigns, organized AMAs, built partnerships, and drove engagement globally. When Bitget later recruited Angels, I applied, passed the screening process, and eventually became a Core Builder through the @BitgetBuilders Program. @bitget didn’t just help me grow in crypto it changed my life. Through #Bitget academy i learned spot trading, futures, copy trading, Bitget Onchain, and others. With Bitget evolving into the Universal Exchange (UEX), I’ve also explored trading stocks, forex, oil, and CFDs all within one ecosystem. I’ve also had opportunities to interact during online events with Bitget leadership, including our CEO @GracyBitget. Most importantly, Bitget earnings and opportunities helped me start building my dream home, acquire physical assets, and improve my family’s living conditions especially for my mother. I’ve also helped many people around me join the community and Builders Program, where they continue benefiting today. One of my proudest moments was hosting an offline meetup with over 50 attendees and inviting more than 120 users to signup, verify their accounts and deposit/trade. Today, watching Bitget evolve into the Universal Exchange (UEX) feels personal because I didn’t just watch the journey I grew with it. From buying TRX through “Trons Lady” and participating in Bitget community events to becoming a Bitget Core Builder, this journey has truly changed my life. And this is only the beginning.
