Allow me to share a recent experience. So I purchased 3 UPS Ground labels from one of the UPS-approved 3rd parties. All the labels had the same from address and to address. The "To address" was mine. So I as the receiver bought the labels and sent them to my sender.

It's been more than a month since this all started and it's giving me a lot of pressure. The items in the lost package cost more than $5K and I can't just simply let it go, it's my hard-earned money. I would really appreciate if @UPS could help me with this and get my money back.

So then I contacted the 3rd party from whom I bought the label from and I was told that they never received a cheque. So I have been going back and forth with them and whenever I contact UPS customer service I am being told to contact the 3rd party (Sender) for more information.
