𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 Members of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office had the honor of meeting with Cardinal Christophe Pierre, the Pope’s Ambassador to the United States, and Bishop Erik Pohlmeier of the Diocese of St. Augustine, for the 35th Annual Red Mass in Jacksonville. The service at the Basilica of The Immaculate Conception in downtown Jacksonville brought together people of different backgrounds and faith, united in prayer. The Red Mass is a long-standing tradition that brings together leaders in law, government, and public service to pray for wisdom, guidance, and justice. We are proud to work alongside our faith and community partners to ensure that everyone can practice their faith freely, safely, and without fear.
