He always has his players ready to play whether starting or waiting for their opportunity. And credit one of, if not the best staff in the Valley.Alex Specht, Evan Dwyer, Tom Vasquez and my favorite George Pitsilos led by Andy took a team few gave a chance 1 game away from playing for a State Championship.
