Best insight from @AnjneyMidha's Stanford CS153 class with Jensen Boyd's OODA was built for information scarcity. Cycle fastest, win. AI just flipped it. Everyone sees the same papers, same demos, same launches. Speed equalizes. What doesn't equalize is reasoning depth before you commit. Jensen's mobile mistake wasn't picking wrong. It was stopping one click too early. A couple more clicks would have shown him Qualcomm controlled the modem, and the modem controlled the phone.
