@CursoryRogue20 @upperbodyinvul Not inherently, but i think a game has to be very specifically tailor made for that system, rather than it just being slapped on every game like it is nowadays. Fantasy Strike is a rly good example imo. The game rly leans heavily into its simplicity and i actually enjoy it

@CursoryRogue20 @upperbodyinvul Honestly i just find them rly boring. Whenever i try a game that doesn't have motion inputs (2XKO, DNF Duel) it just feels so lame to play that i quickly drop it. And whenever a game has an option for both i always go for motion inputs

Fr tho I've been tryna tell ppl motion inputs aren't the problem with the genre and it's getting real annoying seeing games pop up without them. I tried 2XKO for a few minutes and never touched it again cuz i thought it was so boring 😴 And now i don't even see anyone playing it

@upperbodyinvul Motion input mega sucks though. They were born of a time where button space was a premium. We can and should design better controls that give even better granularity.
