On 2/03/2026 purchased Bata power shoe from agrasen chowk link road Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Bata outlet.After 14 days of use d shoe came up with sole delamination defect.After reporting @BATA_India they gave an replacement. The given replacement was a old stock shoe without a box.

Agent will come and tell its wrong product i wont pick and settle with myntra. then wait 48 hrs. like this the faulty process game will go on. Stay here to see from 14th April 2026 till when @MyntraSupport actually gets return.

@MyntraSupport @BATA_India putting on X as there was no response to mail and Customer care agents really are helpless to ambiguous process no clue what will happen when. See this status of update in 20 min is since 14 th April. Customer care people i empathise as if they are hold hostages to the process.
