Sgt Show, Arguments are not made this way, it’s too casual. This is how to make arguments; 1. Let’s start by using NET SPEND. This is Pep’s 10th year. He has spent €2.05 billion like you rightly said, but guess what? He has also recovered ~€1 billion, hence, the net spend is ~€1billion. This is Arteta’s 7th year. He has spent €1.2 billion like you said, he has recovered ~€250k. His net spend is ~€1billion or let’s even say €900k. There’s a difference of 3 years between them also. Can you see it’s similar, that nullifies your point. 2. This is the second part of the argument you should be making. Pep has won 19 trophies. 6 Premier Leagues 5 Carabao Cups 2 FA Cups 1 champions league, etc. Let me know what Arteta has won please with €1 billion? 3. Should we talk about how he has promoted youth? He picked Foden from the academy and turned him into Premier League Player of the season. Rico Lewis played a huge part in the treble winning season also. Oscar Bobb? Nico O’Reilly is set to win Young player of the season. Even the ones he dint give enough playing time,he still made money for the club. Cole Palmer won the treble and still got sold for 45m. Just incase you doubt the money the club made from sales Alvarez 90m Sterling 55m Ferran 55m Jesus 50m Danilo 35m Mahrez 35m Zinchenko 30m Oscar Bobb 31m Iheanacho 25m Laporte 27m Cancelo 25m Harwood Bellis 20m The highest sale in your history is probably Oxlade chamberlain or Smith Rowe. Arsenal fans, stop shooting yourselves in the leg.

Pep Guardiola has spent €2.05 billion since he joined Mancity in 2016. For reference, Arsenal has spent about €1.2 billion since then.

I think we underrate Terry G has a prolific producer, people only talk about his iconic run in the early 10s as an artiste, but his catalogue of beats he made for artistes like Timaya, Illbliss, Naeto C, AYdotCom, 2shotz , Jaywon etc he was on some god level with them beats too

The truth is, the upcoming artist space is incredibly saturated. Millions try, but realistically, only about 0.000001% ever truly blow up. In fact, in the last decade, there haven’t even been 100 musicians in this country making real money from music. So, while you should chase your dreams, please have a real hustle, something stable because success is far from guaranteed.

Nobody wants to admit this but market conditions have more of an impact on a successful rap career than anything else. For example; right now we are in the worst market to be a real street/drill rapper. Why? We're in an attention market. A rapper that is really shooting, killing, involved in gangs, etc is not going to be niche like drill music was in 2012. He will be VIRAL. Lawyers build their resumé on cases. Defense attorneys have been doing this for decades. Rob Kardashian with the OJ case, José Baez with Casey Anthony etc. They can help a rapper beat a murder, RICO, etc. will boost their business and reputation. It doesn't even have to be a famous client because the rapper will become famous from beating a case like that. Prosecutors have done the same thing. Rudy Giuliani took down the Mafia in the 80s and then became NYC Mayor. Eliot Spitzer took down major Wall Street figures and then became Governor. But a lot of the prosecutorial work was HARD. The most famous criminals were rich with major resources. Cartel, Mafia, Wall Street, etc. So some prosecutors started going for major news stories that looked like a layup. Linda Fairstein sent the Central Park Five to prison, ruining their lives, in the pursuit of leveling up her career. But now, what is a better and easier resumé builder than investigating and taking down a famous rapper? Most of them documented their crimes on social media, in lyrics, and are nowhere near as sophisticated as Cartels, Wall Street, and the Mafia. Look at Fani Willis with the YSL case. She planned to parlay that case into a political career but she failed with both. Partially due to her political opponents being far more cunning than she was. There's a reason why King Von got away with so many murders for so long. Nobody cared or knew who he was. But had he stayed alive he had a RICO that was coming, only after he was famous. The time to be a drill rapper was the early 2010s. The time to be a conscious rapper was in the 90s. The time to be a pop rapper was also the early 2010s. The time to be a lyrical rapper ended after the 2000s. Fortunately, smart artists can cater themselves to market conditions.
